バージョンアップのソフトウェアエラー

バージョンアップをしました。

正常に完了しましたと表示が出ていたのですがOKボタンを押すと以下のエラーが出て

ログインすらできなくなりました。

Software error:

Can't locate Archive/Zip.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ./ext_lib ./asp_opt /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at ./lib/check.pl line 3341.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./lib/check.pl line 3341.

    サーバーはmix host

    その後、
    lscgid: execve():/home/bwudpamd/public_html/ms_light/index.cgi: Permission denied

    このようなエラーが返ってくるようになり、パーミッションはあってると思うのですが、業務に支障をきたしてます。

    バージョンアップで正常に完了しましたって表示が出たのにこれは酷すぎる。。。
    誰か助けてください。
    急いでるのに、全然返信もなくて困ってます。
