設定していない人にメール配信される

お世話になっております。

上記のように『188/55』、『246/56』のようにそれぞれ55、56人にメールされるべきところが、メール設定に該当しない人(リスト全体ではなく設定に該当していない人でも配信されている人とされていない人がいます)に配信される事があります。

『未解析エラーメール情報』には何も出ていません。

ご対応よろしくお願い致します。

ARCヘッダーに対応していますか？

メール配信したメールがSPFエラーで戻ってきますが、配信先には無いメールアドレス（gmail）からのものです。

おそらく、メールの受信者が自分が他に持っているgmailアドレスにメール転送しているのが原因で、転送時にSPF認証の情報が引き継がれずエラーとなり、配信者である私にエラーメールが戻るのだと考えています。

配信するメールのヘッダーにARC設定ができれば、メール転送されてもSPF認証情報を引き継げる様で、愛用させていただいているMilkyStepにARC設定があれば設定したいと思い、質問させていただきました。

ログイン画面が「Internal Server Error」になる

ヘテムルサーバーを使用していましたが「heteml.jp」から「heteml.net」に変更になったので

index.cgiから　ログイン画面になりません。初めから設定し直しですか？

Mysql5.6への対応について

先日、Milky Step lightをダウンロードさせていただき、ウェブサーバーにインストールを完了しましたが、「サーバーの引っ越し（https://milkystep.com/ms_poc/?p=1857」にある通り、メルマガの「基本設定の編集」を保存しようとすると、Incorrect integer value: ” for column ‘pop_ssl’ at row 1のエラーとなり、保存が完了できません。

使用しているウェブサーバーはCPIサーバー（Ace01）です。現在のサーバー契約では、Mysqlのバージョンは5.6で固定となっており、変更ができません。

Milky Step ProfessionalがMysql 5.6に対応している場合には、Professional版の購入をさせていただきたいと思いますが、対応していますでしょうか？

ご教授いただけますと幸いです。よろしくお願いいたします。

バックアップファイルが空になる（Ver2.26）

いつもありがとうございます。

現在Ver.2.26最新版を使用しておりますが、

DBのバックアップ取得において、

何度やっても空ファイルがダウンロードされます。（６〜８KBのzipファイル）

解凍すると０KBの拡張子.mysqlファイルになります。

私の設定が問題でしょうか？

それともシステム側でしょうか？

急ぎではありませんが、BKUP出来ない状況ですので、ご回答いただけますと幸いです。

コアサーバーでは動作しない？

コアサーバーが動作確認リストに入っていたので選んだのですが、どうやら不具合が多そうです。

登録フォームから登録しても『再実行できないため、恐れ入りますが最初からやり直してください』という表記が出ます。以前の質問欄から、クッキーが。。という話が出ていましたがこちらもクッキーの問題ではなそうです。

３台のiPhone、１台のPCから試しても同様です。

また、配信履歴が見れませんし、お知らせ欄も表示されません。

解決方法はありますか？

Zipファイルを解凍しましたが、その後のファイル出てきましたがどうしたら良いか分かりません。

ユーザーが意図しない読者解除が発生しました

登録しているメルマガユーザーから、解除した覚えがないのにワンクリック解除されてしまっているというご連絡がありました。

milkystepから届いた解除通知メールの受信日を伝えたところ、その日は会社にいなかったので解除ができる状態ではなかったとご連絡をいただきました。（登録しているメールアドレスは、会社の個人メールアドレスで、共有しているものではない）

ワンクリック解除が意図せず自動的に発生することはありますか？想定される原因がありましたら、教えていただけますと助かります

原因の調べ方も合わせて教えていただけますと助かりますます。

バージョンアップのソフトウェアエラー

バージョンアップをしました。

正常に完了しましたと表示が出ていたのですがOKボタンを押すと以下のエラーが出て
